One hundred years ago, life was slower and simpler. Back then, there were limited preservatives or artificial components, so meals were made with fresh ingredients. The food served in restaurants was high quality, and hand-crafted, rather than mass-produced. Back then, people would slow down to enjoy a leisurely meal with family or friends, and savor the flavors of their food. It was the time of the speakeasy – quiet hideaways, softly lit rooms, intimate tables, and a relaxing atmosphere.

Capone’s House of Pasta was created to evoke images of that slower, quiet time of years ago. At Capone’s we serve only the best fresh pasta we can create by hand or find, with gluten-free pasta made fresh with an advance reservation. Our sauces are made fresh every day, with only the finest ingredients we can find. Our menu is simple and straightforward, focused on what we can do and do well, without trying to be all things to all people. Our atmosphere is quiet, intimate, and personal. And our food is something that we are exceptionally proud of, and exactly what we would serve our own family.

Join us for your favorite entre, or for a full dinner, with an appetizer or salad, pasta entre, and dessert. Our menu rotates weekly and is available here.  We are currently only open for dinner on Tuesday through Thursday from 4-9 PM, but our hours will be expanding in the coming weeks.

Because our pasta is made fresh daily, and so that we can serve you the best, reservations are required.
